The Director of Med/Surg is accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care Medical Unit and Surgical Unit. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required. MSN or masters in related field preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years acute care experience required with critical care preferred, including five (5) years of management or supervisory experience. Must have a license to practice professional nursing in the state for which you are applying. Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire.
