Job Description
The Director of Intensive Care Services provides overall management and strategic leadership of the ICU Nursing Services and affiliated service lines. The Director is responsible for patient safety, compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with ICU, budgetary duties and fiscal performance of the nursing unit, leadership of ICU team members, resource development and implementation of process changes and establishment, measurement, reporting and audit of ICU Performance Metrics.
