Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Provides oversight for Emergency Department and Patient Care Unit in the absence of unit management.
* Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise.
* Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities.
* Serve as supplemental RN staff as needed.
Key qualifications to be considered for this include:
* License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas, must be able to support both Emergency Department and Patient Care Unit.
* Current BLS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment
* Current ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment
* 3 - 5 year of experience preferred.
