Job Description
The Emergency Services Asst. Manager/Clinical Educator provides overall support of the management and strategic leadership of the Emergency Services Department and affiliated service lines. Reporting to the Director, the Emergency Services Manager is responsible for the management of the unit's clinical nursing program, including patient safety, compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with the Emergency Services Department, budgetary and fiscal performance of the Emergency Services Department, leadership of the Emergency Services team members, resource development and implementation of process changes and establishment, measurement, reporting and audit of Emergency Services' Performance Metrics.
