Job Description
CDM Smith is seeking an Entry Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team. The candidate selected will collaborate with content marketing, technical and sales staff to help drive transformational growth for one of the largest engineering firms in the U.S.

The successful candidate will:

Manage, promote, and grow use of internal sales kit websites, which highlight marketing materials related to our transformational growth initiatives, to empower and enable sales staff.
Provide research support for the teams sales lead generation program, and conduct additional research (e.g., market size, target audience, industry benchmarks) to aid strategy development.
Support planning, execution and analytical measurement of marketing campaign programs, including emails, webinars and advertisements.
Develop and send regular communications to update staff on campaign activities and empower them to get involved.
Performs other duties as required.


Minimum Qualifications


Skills and Abilities
Basic knowledge of communication platforms.
Basic ability to research technical information from background sources, conduct interviews, and synthesize the data into marketing and communication materials.
Intermediate ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as digital channel platforms.
Basic knowledge of data cleansing, validation, and general quality control principles.
Basic analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills.
Basic data visualization skills.
Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks.


Bachelor's degree.

Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.


Preferred Qualifications
Basic ability to provide or construct marketing materials with appropriate style, grammar, and proper English syntax.
Basic ability to work collaboratively as a member of a communications team in preparing print materials, audio-visual presentations, and web-based communications.
Good interpersonal skills.
Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
