JOB SUMMARY
Performs more complex marketing tasks from design to writing to PR. Prepares presentations and proposals for new business development providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares presentations and proposals for new business development providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.
Manages entire proposal and presentation process from inception to completion.
Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding and approves materials for final distribution.
Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies.
Provides marketing education and training on tools, resources, as well as technical assistance to staff.
Provides cost estimates for clients by researching costs and negotiating with vendors.
Ensures compliance with company standards with the company logo and consistency of marketing products.
May manage business development for the Marketing Center.
May prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management.
May manage the information flow provided, such as press releases, feature stories, and by-line articles to the media.
May serve as the contact for advertising and promotion for a local area office.
Other duties may be assigned.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training. Experience in commercial real estate preferred.
1-2 years of Adobe InDesign preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.
