JOB SUMMARY

Manage marketing and social media activities for and provide administrative assistance to two senior brokers and their team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops, with team input, and executes multi-prong team business development and client touch marketing strategies using multiple mediums including, without limitation, targeted and mass e-mail campaigns, newsletters and social media engagement.

Provides research and analysis to support, revise and update on an ongoing basis team marketing strategy and social media platform directives.

Develops, refines and updates using advanced desktop, graphic, and mapping software tools materials to be used to service clients and to execute marketing strategy.

Creates, maintains and updates team marketing library including prospect marketing materials, client and prospect data bases, maps, client case studies, benchmarking studies, testimonials, newsletters and other materials.

Supports team development of more complex analyses and tools (e.g., market views, market dynamics, benchmarking, etc.) related to specific initiatives.

Experience with templated e-mail campaigns, inDesign and Adobe Illustrator desired

Some administrative duties including preparation of property surveys and client and prospect presentations and client gift preparation and distribution.

Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position but will work with/manage team projects given to the offices pooled administrative assists

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
