Inventory Analyst, MedSurg Inventory Solutions

About the role:
This position is a member of the MedSurg Inventory Solutions organization supporting responsibilities to administer assigned Inventory Solutions Programs as well as provide support to the Field Sales Organization (FSO), analyze program performance as necessary and special projects as assigned. At Boston Scientific's, our MedSurg Divisions advances science for life by building a strong portfolio of products and technologies to serve patients globally.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Assist the FSO with Inventory Solutions programs and issues for programs you administer.
* Create/distribute analytics including contract performance metrics, & ad hoc reports as business needs dictate.
* Contribute to new program development.
* Work closely with other departments including, but not limited to, Endoscopy, Urology, Quincy Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and Legal.
* Effectively cross-trains across various Inventory Solutions roles.
* Builds cross-functional relationships across organization.
* Act as a liaison for the Inventory Solutions team to internal departments.
* Execute and document various MedSurg Inventory Solutions processes as required (SOPs and forms) and maintain in Windchill.
* Participate in internal Quality audits, meetings, follow up and assigned tasks.
* Participate in annual Kaizens, subsequent check ins and complete assigned tasks resulting from Kaizen.
* Participate in Trainings of FSO on your specific Inventory Solutions programs once established.
* Ad hoc Project Support for various project teams to drive sales, improvements or cost savings.

What were looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree
* At least 2 years of experience in a sales or contract administration role.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
* Demonstrates understanding of the urgency of requests and how to effectively prioritize them.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals from the field sales organization and internal teams.
* Team-player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Experience

* Experience and familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
* Experience with SAP and Tableau (or equivalent sales reporting tools)
* Experience working with a Field Sales
