Operational Assessment Analyst, Senior
Key Role:
Support the construction and maintenance of a comprehensive operational assessment capability. Design, analyze, and apply a variety of data collection and decision analytics processes, including the employment of mathematical, statistical, and social science techniques, survey design, modeling and simulation, and other analytic methods combined with military judgment to solve complex operational and planning challenges. Provide actionable, clearly communicated recommendations to support client strategic planning and operational decisions. Analyze operational and environmental assessment information displays, decision briefings, and analytical papers, and support planning teams directly to enable operational planning and facilitate senior leadership decisions. This position does not allow for remote delivery and is located in Camp Lejeune, NC.
Basic Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience with operational assessments
* Experience with analyzing operational assessment methodologies and decision criteria
* Experience with using Microsoft Office suite
* Experience with preparing and presenting briefings to senior leadership
* Active TS/SCI clearance required
* BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with expeditionary operations, joint planning, allied and partner capacity operations, and naval operations a plus
* Experience with the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) a plus
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
* MS degree in Operations Research, System Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Engineering
