International Export Control Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Apply excellent team building skills to support the collaboration with and support of several interrelated program offices. Implement best practices in accordance with the State Department export process requirements. Work closely with the US Navy leadership to coordinate program office responses and facilitate coordination with vendors and government points of contact. Coordinate activities in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing export license applications. Keep management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results.

Basic Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience with engineering or science management, operations research analysis, financial or cost analysis
* Experience with leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer
* Experience with Navy acquisition or In-Service Programs
* Knowledge of Security Cooperation, including International or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Programs, Foreign Disclosure, and Export Control
* Ability to establish, document and improve process best practices
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience with Navy Programs
* 5+ years of experience in working with International or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Programs, Foreign Disclosure, and Export Control
* Experience with USXPorts
* Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
* BA or BS in a technical field
* Defense Security Cooperation University Introduction to Security Cooperation (SC-101) Course
* PMI-CAPM, PMI-PMP, or PMI-ACP Certification
