Job Description
Analysis and Operational Assessment Consultant
Key Role:
Support Future Joint Force Development providing warfighting analysis and operational warfighting assessments for the development of Joint Warfighting Concepts. Provide operational warfighting analysis and assessment expertise required to enable the development, integration, analysis, assessment, and testing for effectiveness, viability, and robustness of Concepts. Enable the development of the supporting Concept of Operations (CONOPS) to further the National Defense Strategy by enabling DoD to build a more effective force and develop Joint mission success in contested environments.
Basic Qualifications:
* 15+ years of experience with military operations
* Experience with working complex warfighting problems
* Experience with tactical, operational, and campaign level analysis
* Experience working with warfighting requirements to include integrated priority lists, Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), and Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) processes
* Ability to conduct quantitative, qualitative, and data science analysis using a variety of analytic techniques and methodologies
* Ability to assess implications and contributions of new programmatic and modernization efforts
* TS/SCI clearance
* MA or MS degree
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with concept or doctrine development and coordination
* MS degree in Operations Research
* Attendance at a Service Command and Staff College
