Health Operations Expert, Lead
Key Role:
Apply healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience with acquisition strategy, contact center management, hospital operations, and communications
* Knowledge of federal acquisitions, health system and hospital operations, including clinical areas and environment of care, facilities, equipment, construction, material management, outpatient group practice management, strategic planning, medical records, and revenue cycle
* Ability to lead and manage teams of all sizes
* Ability to construct, manage projects, programs, and provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise
* BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with leadership and team building, strategic planning and capital planning, regulatory compliance, revenue enhancements, and continuous quality improvement
* Knowledge of vendor and contract negotiation, operations optimization, and practice management
* Ability to coach employees and executives, maintain position physician relationships and analyze and resolve issues
* MA or MS degree
* Fellow - American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) certification
