F-35 Acquisition Program Management Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Analyze, assess and coordinate acquisition program documentation including Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline, Statements of Work (SOW), funding documents, contract documentation, agreements, and Acquisition Decision Memorandums. Support and draft program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and Service-Level series directives. Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develops prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Utilize business and technical methodologies to provide support of hardware, software and service acquisition and life cycle management. Participate in meetings and supports specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience with supporting a DoD acquisition program or program office
* Experience with DoD aviation acquisition or modernization programs
* Knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes
* Knowledge of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management
* Knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience with 5th Generation fighter aviation acquisition, including F-35 and F-22
* Experience with working in a DoD classified program
* Ability to work in a highly demanding and highly visible program
* Ability to communicate to work across multiple teams
