Job Description
Electric Power Engineer
Key Role:
Provide electric power, Cyber, and SIGINT usage of large scale networks and the data riding on them to uncover unknown and emerging adversary capabilities by leveraging expertise in exploitation. Apply advanced electric power, consulting, and technical expertise as well as full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Provide electric power, SCADA and ICS technical analysis and interpretation to SIGINT analysts. Perform vulnerability analysis and assessments. Research electric power equipment, operations, and automation and control systems. Write and deliver analysis reports and presentations.
Basic Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in the electric power industry
* Knowledge of transmission, distribution, generation, SCADA, ICS, commissioning, design or operations
* Ability to develop or operate power flow models and analyze Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
* BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
* CSSA or GICSP certifications
