Cybersecurity Technical Program Assessor
Key Role:
Apply expertise to helping impact a large portfolio of projects across the company. Implement cybersecurity technology solutions to help ensure projects are on-track and any risks are identified and properly mitigated. Provide an independent evaluation of the projects risk posture and help ensure the right processes are in place and share lessons learned to help the project team effectively manage risks. Apprise leadership of the overall portfolio risk posture as well as details on specific projects, as appropriate. Create a culture of quality and risk consciousness that strives to continually learn and improve. Contribute towards continual improvement of the firms technical risk review process, coaching and mentoring of project staff, and personnel development.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with architecting and implementing complex cybersecurity solutions for production software systems
- 10+ years of experience with building secure digital solutions
- Experience with technical review or oversight of cybersecurity and software programs
- Experience in interfacing with technical and management personnel at all levels
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Cybersecurity standards and certifications such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIRA
- Ability to be an independent thinker and decision maker
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent analytical skills
- MA or MS degree in Engineering or equivalent, including course work in Information Security
- Cybersecurity certifications, such as CISM, CISSP, CEH
- PMP and other relevant certifications a plus
