Purpose statement:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team members, candidates, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and other stakeholders through the full talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring an excellent manager and candidate experience. This individual will interact with associates and candidates at all levels in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, flexibility, a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and efficiency, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Functions:
* Communicates frequently with Candidates, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, Compensation Manager, and Finance Business Partners throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle to provide status updates
* Maintains the Talent Acquisition email inbox, responding to basic inquiries and escalating to others when necessary
* Exists as the subject matter expert (SME) on recruiting processes and tools for Hiring Manager and Candidate questions
* Manages candidate workflow within Workday (Applicant Tracking System) in a timely and accurate manner, including but not limited to: advancing candidates, facilitating candidate sharing amongst hiring managers, properly dispositioning candidates, etc.
* Schedules high-volume interview activities, such as: phone, video, and on-site interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams, with speed and efficiency across complex calendars and multiple time zones
* Communicates interview details to candidate, making certain they have the necessary information
* Coordinates travel arrangements and process travel expense reimbursement for potential out of state candidates as necessary
* Prepares offer letters and employment agreements
* Orders, and tracks the progress of, background checks, drug screens, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks, and other pre-employment screening via HireRight.
* Manages orientation rosters
* Assists in maintaining the ongoing relations with staffing partners; including the facilitation of all invoice payments
* Ability to maintain confidential information
* Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values and delivers the Integrated DNA Technologies experience to internal customers, candidates, and other business associates.
* Other HR talent acquisition related duties as assigned.
Education:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or similar discipline OR equivalent work experience required.
Professional Experience:
* Previous administrative experience required
* Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
* Human Resource experience preferred
* Prior experience working with HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Software preferred
