In this role, you will define and implement complex system requirements through project teams. Technical responsibility for system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves project deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions.

This is an outstanding opportunity to

Contribute in an important way to Assist the web application development team to facilitate the company digital initiatives through the building, enhancement, support, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Cloud service and infrastructure



Your responsibilities at will include

Satisfy customers by meeting their expectations regarding quality and delivery of projects, support, and customer service. Work with R&D, IT web, infrastructure, and security teams to drive consistency and standardization Work to standardize common development tools/technologies such as DevOps, source control, and CI/CD Facilitate code deployments including code reviews, infrastructure deployment, and security reviews Understand the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) for assigned projects from project definition to implementation and sustainment (and continuously work with team to identify and remove waste in the process). Regularly obtain customer input and data and use this information to generate insights to drive improvement. Adhere to SDLC standard work (and work with team to continuously improve the process). Secure all sites and applications in accordance with industry and company standards Participate in Daily Management meetings (and lead meetings on a rotating basis). Maintain accessible and useful documentation for web site and web applications. Assist in maintaining, tuning, and monitoring company web servers for performance, availability, and security. Perform additional job functions as necessary to those listed above.



Your Education and/or Background Experience will include

* 2+ years of relevant experience required.
* High School degree/GED required (Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred).
* Knowledge/experience in reading/reviewing development languages such as .Net languages (VB.NET, C, .Net Core), MS SQL & MySQL, JavaScript, and PHP.
* Experience in IIS 8+ and/or Apache and/or AWS Serverless required.
* Experience in CI/CD Pipeline and code repository setup and administration.
* Experience in testing; user acceptance; deployment; maintenance; post implementation review.
* Understanding/experience in agile/waterfall development methodologies.
* Strong proven understanding of website architecture, network infrastructure and desktop operating systems.
* Willingness and ability to learn, support and recommend new technologies consistent with the company objectives required.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) to deal optimally with a variety of people (both technical and non-technical) throughout a global company.
