We are currently searching for a Paid Media Operations Coordinator with an analytical, strategic, and operational mindset to join our Marketing Information Management team. This person will be responsible for managing our advertising technology budget, the audit process for data flows between our ad tech systems, and our platform invoice management.

This role will requires application of detailed, thoughtful, and organized rigor to how we track and manage our technology. This is a good opportunity to learn how data-driven advertising works within an enterprise organization and to grow with an ambitious team. This position will work directly with a variety of constituents including Marketing Strategy (ATL & BTL, Digital), Media, Decision Sciences, Risk Management, Technology and Legal/Compliance to prioritize, align and deliver marketing campaign activities covering all digital paid media channels.

As a member of the team, you will:

* Play a key role in managing the Fiscal Year Forecast for North Americas acquisition advertising and marketing expenses.
* Track campaign activation budgets; advise on strategic usage of funds ensuring high quality activation and insights. Automate campaigns when possible for efficient use of funds.
* Audit the flow of data between the data warehouse, the data management platform, and media publishers.
* Manage the teams record retention process. Track all audit requirements; store data in a centralized, compliant location.
* Construct and manage the consolidated customer taxonomy which is the automated data file of all customer attributes going into the different ad tech platforms. Add and remove data as needed.
* Foster and develop key stakeholder relationships to understand business needs & wants to drive the ad serving platform to be bigger and better each and every day
* Adhere to strict compliance and regulatory controls; maintain accurate and complete documentation and maker/checker

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree required in a business or technical field.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an advertising operations role preferably at an agency.
* Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets.
* Strong Excel acumen.
* Desire to work in a fast-paced, task-focused, team environment involving technical and non-technical individuals is essential.
* Strong initiative and self-starting approach, and ability to operate effectively in an organizational climate of frequent change.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Knowledge and hands-on experience with Digital media tech stack (DMP, DSP, Ad Server, Addressable TV).
