Job Description

As a Data Reporting Analyst for our Sales Operations team, you will develop reports and dashboards delivered via Power BI reporting through Microsoft Dynamics and other tools. You will create, support, and communicate unique reporting and analytical perspectives to drive return on investment tracking, sales process insights, and sales performance trends.

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

* Design, deliver & maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
* Create data models, visualizations, charts, tables, and other objects for use by non-technical users to provide actionable insights.
* Meet with business stakeholders to clarify and document reporting requirements.
* Collaborate with business partners and leaders to rapidly prototype, produce and refine reports.
* Know database structure and data strategy to efficiently build and automate unique reporting.
* Troubleshoot data issues and track any discovered data discrepancies back to their source.
* Assist in complex analysis and report development.

Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma
* 2+ years of experience building reports utilizing Power BI
* 2+ years of experience with data/financial analysis within a sales organization

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree
* Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
* Strong passion for data and effective visualization techniques
* Proficient in SQL, SSIS and FetchXML
