CRES Insurance Services is offering a wonderful opportunity to qualified candidates for a full-time entry level position on our Team. As an Associate Account Specialist, you would report to the Underwriting Manager. You would be part of a team that is on the frontlines for the company, taking incoming calls and webchats from prospects and providing our signature World-Class Customer Service Experience to our clients. This position provides potential to advance within the Underwriting Team.
Position Summary:
As an Associate Account Specialist, you will be trained to have a good overall knowledge of the company, our products and offerings, and will use this knowledge and insight to better serve the clients by:
* Handling and processing policy renewals, including several contacts with clients to ensure successful renewal
* Taking in-bound calls and fulfilling all customer service requests as needed
* Helping with outbound phone calls for non-renewals, renewal reminders and any policy changes needed

Required:
* High school diploma
* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong typing and basic computer skills.
Preferred:
* Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.

* Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.
