As a Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing work performed by the Group Retirement processing teams to assure the highest quality for each client request. The Analyst also partner with various other teams including the training team, the client forms team, and various project teams to ensure appropriate communication and partnership to achieve optimal client satisfaction as well as employee retention and engagement.

About the role

We want to hear from you today if you can:

* Be an effective and efficient Quality Assurance Analyst, your performance will consistently meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators
* Communication with our internal partners, your co-workers, and management will be professional, concise, and effective
* Review and analysis will extend beyond the single processing error to include suggestions to Sr. Quality Analysts and managers regarding potential enhancements or revisions to processes, training manuals, and client request forms

* Experience working in a team environment
* Analytical skills that extend beyond the obvious end result
* Effective communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal
* Knowledge of define contribution plans is preferred
* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required/college degree preferred
