The Marketing Department has an opening for a Senior Web Producer. This position is located in Pleasanton, California.

Position Purpose

The Senior Web Producer will support internal business units to create, author and manage content across all Albertson Companies Sites with a focus on Apps. He or She must have prior experience authoring content for an enterprise website and App. He or she must be able to own and manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently. The Sr. Digital Producer must also work well with internal IT teams, marketing and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Ensure our key user journeys always work as expected with an enhanced focused on App
* Oversee and mentor multiple producers on various job functions and day to day tasks
* Author content on Albertsons Companies sites and Apps in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
* Crop and optimize images for use on the site and App
* Work with cross-functional groups to implement new features and updates
* Adhere to Albertson Companies design, accessibility, and production guidelines
* Lead the educate process for business partners to help them understand our workflows and requirements
* Coordinate and maintain component authoring documentation for all new and existing components in Confluence
* Identify opportunities to improve and enhance App authoring tools and features in AEM
* Coordinate digital production support for IT sprint releases related to both web and App
* Provide ongoing feedback on opportunity to improve internal production process and performance
* Work closely with internal IT teams and production support to track and resolve production issues or outages on the App
* Manage a small team of Producers, develop personal growth opportunities, provide leadership, effectively communicate job expectations, coach, train, counsel, and discipline employees, and develop, coordinate, and enforce Change Management policies
* Motivate staff to accomplish important objectives and multiple demands and creates a sense of urgency in all tasks

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* 1-3 years of experience leading and managing a team
* Strong Organization and Project management skills required
* 5+ year's experience crafting compelling content/experiences and digital media
* Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail
* Proven digital publishing experience across the full content life-cycle -- plan, produce, release, test, optimize -- in a fast, iterative way
* Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise Content Management Systems is a plus
* Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
* Familiarity with W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines v2.0 is a plus
* Basic SEO proficiency
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desired Skills & Attributes:

* Familiarity with using tools such as JIRA/Sprinklr/Slack
* Working knowledge of App publishing is a plus
* Quick study, resourceful, resilient, and highly organized
* Dedication to deliver projects on time, occasionally available outside of typical working hours
* Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proficiency and integrity
* Flexible and adaptable
* Views challenges as opportunities, solution oriented, creative problem solver

In 1939, Joe Albertson, a former Safeway district manager, took $5,000 he saved and $7,500 he borrowed from his wife’s Aunt Bertie, and partnered with L.S. Skaggs to open his first Albertsons store on 16th and State Streets in Boise, Idaho.
