AECOMs Buildings + Places practice includes architecture, interiors, building engineering, workplace strategy, business transformation, asset advisory, economics and development planning, master planning, urban planning, and landscape architecture.

We are hiring an Education Studio Leader to work in our Atlanta, GA Buildings+Places practice to perform the following responsibilities:

* Serve as the Education Market Studio Lead for the Atlanta office

* Actively mentor and develop skills of staff in areas of expertise

* Work closely with the East Region Education leadership, strategically collaborating on project wins.

* Work closely with the National Education leadership teams to develop and grow the education practice

* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and resource for areas of higher education specialization in health science education and student life

* Work closely with the Strategy + team on pursuits, and developing new client relationships and project opportunities.

* Work closely with Strategy+ in particular and with other B+P disciplines to lead and deliver design and consulting projects

* As a key aspect of growing the Education Market in the East Region, develop a deep knowledge of the Strategy+ discipline, develop skills in higher education business transformation and change management and integrate Strategy+ into education market pursuits.

* Lead the Strategy+ Education practice in the Atlanta office.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor of Architecture and 8+ years of related experience in the planning and design of education projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

* Registered Architect

* LEED Certification

* Master of Architecture
