The Test Automation Manager, with a future-focused mindset, provide technical leadership and strategic direction. They transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity . They evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Job Description

Aligning technology with business strategy and goals they work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. They are sought out as experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise. They enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years experience in leading QE automation teams

Minimum 7 years in implementing end-to-end automation and tools strategies / roadmaps

Minimum of 5 years experience in two of the following testing toolsets or frameworks:

- Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Protractor, SoapUI, TOSCA

- TDD: using jUnit, TestNG, other

- BDD: using Cucumber/Gherkin

Minimum of 5 years experience in two of the following:

-Java/J2EE, Groovy, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, C, VB.NET

Demonstrated experience with continuous integration, including two of the following build/deploy/version control tools:

- Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo

- Git, Bitbucket, GitHub

- Grunt, Gradle, Gulp, Maven, MS TFS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
