Your Role
Accenture is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Program Manager to support sustaining programs, which internal and external supply chain solutions users of a large internet platform company. You will have frequent interaction with client team members and client suppliers in the execution of go-live programs. These programs will position users to use newly developed or updated supply chain management software applications to accelerate the scaling of global data centers by enabling internet connectivity. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the sourcing process and expand supplier and customer management skills. You will master program management skills and supply chain management knowledge to bring added value to capability development programs, as well as advance career development. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver significant results.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management:
Manage and facilitate the current project portfolio management process, while driving improvement and scale
Track and proactively follow up on various deliverables assigned to team members
Develop and implement consistent standardized business processes
Working with developers, creating tableau dashboard reports, and participating in feedback sessions to improve systems
Manage all inter-dependent activities (internal and/or external) required to ensure smooth execution, including (but not exhaustive):
Training and operational readiness - Assist in training new hires on the PMO processes and drive change management for process changes
Operational data readiness - Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements
Business ramp progress tracking and monitoring
Risks and roadblock management
Establish priorities, acceptable timelines, and performance metrics.
Production Support
Partner with business to ensure transformational solution success metric targets are met and transitioned to sustaining
Coordination of issues resolution across operational business readiness, Data issues and IT solutions issues (bug tracking and resolution with IT organization)
Track and communicate application readiness for user community onboarding
Drive process improvements and support the implementation of supply chain operational tools and services
Participating in UAT and feedback sessions to improve
Develop track and report on solution success metrics
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in program management
* 4+ years of experience in supply chain management IT function
Professional Skill Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Be able to drive/display ownership/proactive behavior
* Attend client based meetings
* Managing the project efficiently
* Conducting presentations for the employees
* Working with different project managers
* Analyzing the technical customer requirements
* Development of client specific solutions
