EPS Senior Project Manager
Summary
ABM Electrical Power Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will work independently to lead the planning, scheduling, control, and effective coordination of all parallel activities related to the management of multiple projects of moderate to high complexity from concept through close-out. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for identifying all operational needs including identifying, specifying, and purchasing new equipment, vehicles, and tools.
Essential Duties List
* Ensures that electrical projects are completed timely in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
* Acts as liaison among the customer and sub-contractor (as needed) in translating and fulfilling staffing requirements and changes/modifications of the contract.
* Coordinates closely with related departments to maintain schedules and effect necessary revisions as required.
* Inspects or directs the inspection of work to ensure conformance to specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
* Ensures contractors receive site orientation and training and that all state/local code requirements and building permits, inspection and project close-out processes are followed.
* Assigns, trains and directs and appraises electrical personnel.
* Achieves high customer satisfaction through effective communication of both technical and non-technical topics with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
* Exhibits project leadership, and effective decision making throughout each project and consistently delivers projects that meet all stakeholder requirements and are fully commissioned, qualified and ready for start-up/occupancy.
* Ensures all safety regulations are closely adhered to andcompletes related documentation as required.
* Ensures compliance to all NEC, OSHA, State Department and Labor Department polices, codes and guidelines.
* Identifies, specifies, and purchases new NETA testing equipment and tools
* Identifies, specifies, and purchases new vehicles
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Requirements
* High School diploma is required.
* Minimum five (5) years project management experience.
* Minimum five (5) years in a leadership role.
* Minimum ten (10) years electrical testing experience.
* NETA testing experience.
* PMP certification preferred, but not required.
* Must have extensive managerial and technical experience.
* Strong understanding of engineering principles, procedures and standards.
* Experience related to computer processing of costs and schedule information.
* Well organized with strong planning skills.
* Quality and safety oriented.
