JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contacting customers on a regular basis, work toward securing sales, adhering to and enforcing Company policy, interact productively with all janitorial, supervisory and personnel and deal with insurance, legal, supply, expenses and correspondence directly related to his or her assigned area or accounts. Must adhere to branch financial goals through monitoring and overseeing labor costs and other expenses related to assigned area or accounts. Emphasis would be on establishing strong working relationships with customers and work through front-line personnel (supervisors, site supervisors, for people, janitors, etc.).
HOURS/BREAKS:
At.least 8 hours a day, five days/week one hour lunch. Additional time may be required based on additional responsibilities, occasional weekend on-call duties or in case of account emergencies.
MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED:
Automobile, network computer and printer, cell phone, pager. copy machine, tax machine. Must be able to use and instruct others in the operation of vacuums, extractors. radio, pressure washer, floor care machines, scrubbers, ladder and other equipment to complete job duties.

Minimum Requirements
Some College preferred or related business/work experience. Thorough knowledge of branch janitorial and maintenance services preferred.
Customer service and sales oriented along with supervisory or administrative experience required. Must have working knowledge of financial or accounting systems and maintaining budgeted goals.
Valid driver's license.
Fluent understanding and ability to communicate in English required. Additional language desirable but not required. Minimum of high school level ability required.
College and business writing skills desired.
