The Executive Service Specialist (Securities Operations Service Specialist 3) supports operational processes relating to clients who are high-level corporate executives, directors, and affiliates. The Specialist uses highly professional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with branches, internal departments, transfer agents, and attorneys regarding control and affiliate equity transactions. The Specialist is also responsible for coordinating with High Net Worth analysts to file SEC Rule 144 forms for 10b5-1 trading plans according to firm policies. The Specialist works closely with Consultants and Strategists on the Executive Services team.
The Executive Service Specialist is responsible for designated processing that may include the following:
  * Learn about rules and regulations related to control stock trading, clearance process, regulatory filings, SEC Rule 144 transactions and 10b5-1 trading plans to research inquires and review time sensitive, moderately complex documents and provide information regarding regulatory guidelines
  * Identify risk to make recommendations for changes or enhancements, provide input on service, control and procedural changes and revisions to departmental procedures
  * Identify moderately complex issues, conduct research on escalations, coordinate across department and the enterprise to provide resolutions 
  * Use problem resolution and decision-making skills to identify when escalation of an issue to leadership is required
  * Provide back up to team members, share knowledge and experience with the team on complex problems
  * Work under minimal supervision
  * Provide strong client service and be able to anticipate the needs of the customer
  * Perform a variety of tasks for moderately complex securities transactions and provide basic technical and financial planning assistance relative to equity compensation issues such as differentiating, reconciling and tracking transactions, performing data collection and entry for SEC Form 144 filings and updates to metrics
The Corporate Executive Service Analyst role will be located at Wells Fargo Advisors headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Remote locations or relocation assistance is not available.
Required Qualifications  
  * 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications  
  * Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  * Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  * Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
  * 1+ year of financial services industry experience
  * Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  * Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
Salary Information  
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
