The Senior Compliance Auditor will be responsible leading audit teams and the business through the internal compliance audit.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Lead discussions with business partners to learn, understand, and document complex business processes
* Create strategies to test business processes for compliance with laws, regulations, and/or contractual requirements
* Review and document testing results which evidence conclusions reached
* Communicate audit results with business partners to ensure proper actions are taken to obtain compliance
* Provide feedback and coaching to audit team members

Required Qualifications:

* Associate or Undergraduate degree
* 3+ years of conducting compliance, financial, and/or operational audits
* Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
