We have an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to join the OSQ Factory Finance team supporting our mission components value stream efforts. Operations produces technologically advanced products which are critical to several RMD franchise programs such as Patriot, LTAMDS & AMDR. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner with Operations and Finance personnel supporting these critical franchises.
Chief responsibilities of the position consist of financial reporting and analysis for a factory portfolio containing over 100 employees and a backlog of $150M. Specific tasks include quarterly EACs, product cost and unit hour analysis and risk and opportunity development. The candidate will also be tasked with communicating financial performance and providing guidance and insight to a variety of stakeholders within the organization.
A successful candidate will also seek to utilize their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team.
Required Skills:
* A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field of study.
* 2+ years of professional experience in a related role.
* Professional experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint/Access).
* Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module & Business Warehouse or similar system.
