Womens Studio Senior Art Directors lead teams of multidisciplinary designers across multiple projects, working closely with both Producers and Narrative Directors to deliver well-crafted and innovative creative. They drive design excellence and partnership, ensuring that the team delivers holistic creative against the seasonal strategy. They are experienced people managers who mentor designers and build opportunities for individual development, performance management, recognition and rewards. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Work with the Womens Creative Director to develop the strategy, concept and visual direction.

- Lead the Art Direction and Design teams, providing leadership, inspiration, mentorship, support and direction. Encourage excellence, ambition, and team spirit.

- Work strategically to drive brand awareness and deliver strong engagement through creative results.

- Deliver outstanding photography, video content, and digital design in service of the categories, consumers, and culture.

- Develop and strengthen relationships with photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, designers, and their agents for editorial creative, working strategically with other leads in the business to ensure the strongest approach to external talent.

- Art Direct and lead all aspects of art direction for performance video shoots, ensuring our content is always on-brand, diverse, contemporary, desirable and within agreed budgets.

- Keep up to date with emerging cultural trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology as relevant to Nike and the design team.

- Collaborate with styling, marketing, tech, retail, photography and editorial to lead teams through creative concept process and projects.

- Develop the performance concept map look and feel to support merchandising and buy strategies.

- Ensure all projects are well-planned, creatively extraordinary, and delivered timely.

- Identify needs for training and development, coaching and mentoring.

- Ensure teams function effectively to achieve Nikes business objectives.

- Review project work for highest standards of quality, consistency, accuracy and successful completion.

- Collaborate with the larger team to evaluate the creative process and continually improve it.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will partner with the Creative Director, your category studio teammates, Global Nike Direct Marketing (Digital/Retail/Services) and Merchandising, Global Styling, the Global Brand Imaging Studio, the Content Production team and Geo/City 365 Studios. You will lead 3-4>, including people managers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- 10+ years leading concept, design and art direction in a branded content, agency, editorial or marketing environment.

- A passion for the Athlete*, Sport* and Culture.

- Phenomenal people-manager and mentor, with a knack and passion for helping everyone on the teamespecially senior-level and entrepreneurial talentto grow, improve, succeed, and advance toward collective and individual goals.

- Substantial experience in commissioning and directing design, photography, and moving image in digital and experience environments.

- Strong relationships with relevant freelance photographers, directors, stylists, etc.

- Proven design and art-direction experience in O2O environments.

- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.

- Depth of experience across online, print, and experiential design, with a solid understanding of content platforms.

- Highly proficient in design, typography, and retouching using Adobe Creative Suite.

- Astute attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills.

- Experience leading a design studio and talent across various locations preferred.
