You will ensure that our products are delivered safely and on time. You will stock your truck with our products, drive to stores and warehouses and unload at locations where needed.

How you will contribute

You will:

* Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of your equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to ensure safety at all times
* Deliver products, load and unload products from your truck, and drive to and from our customers and back to the warehouse

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

* Clean CDL-Class A license or CDL-Class B if willing to qualify for a CDL-A in the near future
* Proven experience of safe driving behaviour and no serious driving convictions in the last five years
* Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
* Able to use smart phones or tablets and ELD for logging positions and driving times
* Displayflexibility toward daily changing routes and working times
* A great customer-oriented attitude, displaying our values to the customers you deliver goods to
* General understanding of vehicle mechanics to communicate problems in case of breakdowns and to perform basic repairs yourself

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

* Do you have a CDL-Class A license? Yes, youve got it, thats a large truck! But if not, we need CDL-Class B if you are willing to get your CDL-A in the near future.

* Are you registered as a driver with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration? We really need you to be, so here is the link to get started: FMSCA

* Do you have previous experience with DSD (Direct Store Delivery)? Wow, we REALLY love you! But its okay if you dont.

* Know how to use smart phones or tablets? Thats all the tech knowledge youll really need.

* Able to balance daily receipts? You are good to go.

* Able to easily lift a large cooler filled with drinks and ice, an extra large size bag of dog food or a child around age 7? Thats about 50 pounds which is what youll need to be able to lift.

* Do you hate the gym? Youll never need to go again! Why? Youll be lifting, bending, carrying, pushing and pulling way more fun than squats. All that with a fun, fast-paced environment.

* Hate monotony of the same hours every day? Your schedule will flex according to deliveries.

And of course, we love quality and safety (and so should you).

* You must successfully pass our drug test, MVR, and background check.
