Position Summary
Responsible for roadmap execution, project reporting, team efficiency, and process evolution and adherence. Work across various teams to ensure successful implementation and rollout of projects/programs to drive business results. Essential Job Functions
* Create project plans and own delivery milestones and deliverables; communicate and mitigate risks
* Manage program and project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed
* Lead efforts to resolve project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths
* Escalate issues and risks to appropriate stakeholders and create mitigation plans
* Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and change
* Utilize team and roadmap metrics to drive a continuous feedback cycle
* Gather feedback from teams and contribute to process evolution
* Establish and update project and program plans with actual and forecasts and manage deviations from plan and project parameters
* Ensure all program and project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued to deliver the final product
* Provide leadership for project managers and stakeholders and apply conflict resolution skills to resolve program and project issues
* Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications
* PMP Certification or willingness to obtain
* 3+ years years of full SDLC project management experience
* Any experience delivering large and/or complex projects across matrixed organization
* Deep understanding of project management methodologies (both Agile and Waterfall)
* Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
* Proven problem solving and superb organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to stakeholders and to all levels of seniority
Desired Previous Experience/Education
* Any experience working for large, multi-channel retailer or technology/marketing automation organization (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce)
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related discipline
