Responsibilities

The Agency Management Professional 2 is responsible for daily processes that maintain the necessary state license and appointments for all producers contracted by Humana. This involves the following:

Synchronizing Humana files with our third party vendor on licenses and appointments
Using database tools to identify and terminate unnecessary appointments
Performing trend analysis of appointments by state, legal entity, and source system
Determining process improvements to achieve resource and expense savings
Written correspondence with producers regarding their contract/license/appointment status

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree
3 + years with data analysis in a professional work environment
Experience working with complex databases pulling in a large volume of data from multiple sources
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel, Access, and Word
Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

Preferred Qualification
SQL, Visual Basic (Macros)
Experience with Power BI
Experience with data mining
