Sterile Processing Supervisor

Founded in 1982, Rio Grande Regional Hospital (RGRH), an HCA-affiliated facility, is proud of maintaining its status as one of the leading healthcare providers in the Rio Grande Valley. For nearly 30 years, we have remained focused and committed to providing quality healthcare to all members of our community.

With 320 beds and a team of more than 500 physicians representing over 35 specialties, we offer a range of inpatient and outpatient services.

What will you do in the role?
You will provide operational direction of the Sterile Processing Department.
You will focus on ensuring day-to-day operations of the service area is effective and efficient, including scheduling and and care and maintenance of surgical instruments and sets.
You will bring a team approach to the department and work closely with other departments in the hospital.

Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:
Current Sterile Processing certification is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sterile Processing department is required. Supervisor experience is preferred.
