The Director provides leadership and directs functions of assigned patient care area on a 24 hour basis; ensures effective delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with administrative and clinical policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education: Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred

Experience: Previous experience in acute care setting; at least two years of management/leadership experience

Licensure: Current FL RN license

Certifications: BLS, ACLS
