Business Analysts are responsible for data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling/diagramming techniques. They collaborate with business, IT, and analytics community to capture, prioritize and document data analytic requirements and drive measurable results.
Analytic Consultants collaborate with the business to identify top business priorities that can be solved through data and analytics. They are responsible for end to end project design and delivery, securing resources and ensuring successful implementation. They work in close partnership with technical resources (e.g. data scientists, BI developers, data engineers) to execute the projects.
Data Scientists apply Data Science and Modeling techniques to tackle complex business problems. They are responsible for building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms, analyzing large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns, and deploying analytical solutions, including visualizations and predictive models.
Information Architects are responsible for driving the development of data strategies and associated reference architectures and articulating the information architecture aspects for assigned core enterprise data domains.
Ontologists make text mining more efficient and comprehensive by facilitating development of text classifiers and ontologies. They are responsible for assessing accuracy of text and sentiment classifiers, using machine learning models to enhance the ontologies, and collaborating with business partners to identify text classification needs and priorities.
Data Analysts support operational improvement and business decision making through ad-hoc statistical analysis of curated enterprise data and self-constructed data sets.
Data Governance Analysts will support the broader CDAO team and are responsible for establishing, operationalizing and sustaining a program that identifies, defines, manages and publishes data standards and policies for enterprise data assets material to the success of GM.
Data Enablement Metadata Analysts directly support the Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) team. This includes operations and enhancements to support metadata tools within GM.
Scrum Masters are responsible for empowering delivery teams to effectively deliver business results. A scrum expert, the Scrum Master leads the team to understand and apply the team level events, artifacts, protects the team from interference. Scrum Masters work closely with the Product Owner, Delivery Team, Release Train Engineer, other Scrum Masters and support teams.
Agile Coaches are responsible for coordinating and facilitating the adoption of agile delivery model by the teams (including leadership) to deliver business value incrementally and iteratively.
Release Train Engineers build industrialized data assets and optimize data pipelines in support of Business Intelligence and Advance Analytic objectives. They work closely with Data Scientists, BI Developers, System Architects and Data Architects.
