At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Systems Integrator supporting the customer, you will be trusted to execute multi-faced programs that support dynamic mission sets. In this role, a typical day will include:
* Assisting the Sponsor with the review and update of numerous hardcopy files, that must be correlated to Sponsor-specific databases, scanned and added if not present, and hard copy destroyed
* Assisting the Sponsor with the review and updating of all Department email alias groups specific to the office and ensure that all access control lists are updated
* Assisting the Sponsor with a review and edit of publications prior to formal dissemination or publishing, ensuring the documentation is suitable for review by Sponsor Seniors and partners
* Assisting the Sponsor with ensuring the office is able to preserve, enhance discoverability of, and appropriately disseminate digital information, with minimal guidance and oversight.
* Assisting in the development of strategies to increase or improve same
* Assisting the Sponsor with any front office support as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
* Minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
* Significant experience with the suite of Microsoft tools
* Experience supporting senior customers at the Department/Mission Center level
* Critical thinking and sound judgement
* Experience drafting and editing finished documentation suitable for a very senior audience, both technical and non-technical - to include familiarity with drafting formal Agency policy
* Ability to operate autonomously with little to no supervision or guidance
* Ability to prioritize existing and/or new tasking based on sound judgement and an understanding of the customer's stated priorities and goals
* Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks, with competing priorities, potentially under extremely tight timelines
* Demonstrated experience communicating technical and non-technical issues to technical and non-technical management across organizations, both orally and in writing
* Demonstrated experience with Cyber, Physical, and Personnel security disciplines
* D emonstrated experience working independently, and managing multiple projects in concert with multiple management levels
* Demonstrated experience writing clear, concise assessments based on solid collected data from internal and external sources
* Demonstrated experience delivering well-crafted briefings before a variety of audiences
* Demonstrated experience with program management
* Demonstrated experience with complex networks as well as the security aspects of these networks at both the Enterprise and operational levels
* Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Technical writing experience
* Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Pro
* Demonstrated experience analyzing policy, systems, and/or applications for the Sponsor or Sponsor's partners
* Demonstrated experience with security matters with the Sponsor and/or Sponsor's partners
* Greater than five years of experience supporting the Sponsor
* Demonstrated experience with Information Assurance principles, issues, and technology
* Demonstrated experience with security management
* Demonstrated experience with risk analysis and management, Information Security Engineering, system testing and analysis, and an intimate knowledge of the IT infrastructure
* Demonstrated experience with the life cycle of networks and systems

Develops new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs.

Writes and updates project documentation including procedures, presentations, and training materials.

Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.

Consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.

May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.

May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts.

May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)

Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.

Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.

Recognized as a subject matter expert in a specific area.
