We are seeking an ndependent and detail-oriented person responsible for supporting internal project delivery efforts. This individual will work actively with the GDIT business community to identify and analyze business problems, working to deliver system and process solutions that meet defined PMO standards. Specifically, the candidate will directly own and manage team operational tasks, develop skills through mandatory training/certifications, and own project deliverables such as requirements gathering, user story development, test plan development to execution, operational change management, and end user training.

Responsibilities
* Project Delivery responsibilities will include:
* Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business and IT resources.
* Perform current state as is analysis of existing business systems, applications, and functions with process flow charts and documentation.
* Produce timely and high-quality requirements including specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
* Produce User Stories and related design and development documentation.
* Plan and lead system performance and functional testing, through test case writing, tracking metrics administration, and delivery execution.
* Operational Change Management (OCM) delivery of training materials, lead training sessions, and development of communications plans with stakeholders.
* Support Project Managers the PMO deliverables and stakeholder management.
* Operational Team responsibilities will include:
* Manage team sites and communications.
* Update requirements, user story, test case, and OCM templates.
* Audit team process and provide feedback for improvement.
* Master and teach team members BA skills and platforms through presentations.
* Attend weekly 1 on 1 sessions with team and leads.
* Other Expectations will include:
* Develop career skills, project methodology, and platform mastery through mandatory training/certifications every year.
* Evolve into a subject-matter expert who can easily liaise between IT and other departments.
* Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about GDIT core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects.
* Understand the relationships, dependencies, and impact of neighboring business functions.

To be considered for the role, you must have the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Computer Science or related discipline plus five years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Process Analyst, or Systems Analyst.; OR nine years' related experience in lieu of the degree.
* Experience with any of the project delivery tools JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, MS Project 2016, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Planner.
* MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience.
* Excellent public speaking skills, including solid presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently on complex tasks which require analysis and action.
* Ability to work well with staff members and user community, especially with senior business management staff.
* 3-5 years' experience with either
* Waterfall (sequential development) methodology.
* Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)-SCUM methodology.
* Oracle AIM or OUM.

The following are not required, but preferred:
* Preferred Oracle Financial experience to include:
* Any of the following Oracle modules, GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), CM (Cash Management), FA (Fixed Assets), AR (Accounts Receivable)
* Any of the following business processes--Supply Chain Management, Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash.
* Oracle Cloud implementation experience such as hands on set up and configuration.
* Oracle EBS R12.1 or higher.
* Understanding of ERP table structures, ability to write queries/reports, and troubleshoot issues with DBA's.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
