The Sales People and Advocacy (P&A) team in WW Channel Strategy & Operations is seeking a Product Manager to join our Operations team and drive our business goals through our systems roadmap. You will use your business and technical acumen, curiosity, communication skills, alignment, and organization skills to synthesize our business goals into a roadmap. You should have a passion for Apple and must be comfortable working alone as well as in a fast-paced dynamic team environment. Being extremely detail oriented and proactive is a must for this position. This is a full-time position located in our Cupertino, CA headquarters.



Key Qualifications

* 8-10 years product management experience in delivering global enterprise-level iOS and web applications
* Minimum of 5 years within leading consumer products and/or channel retail organizations
* Experienced in leading capability definition and planning software release cycles, including determining business priorities, owning product roadmaps, partnering with business analysts and project managers, managing communication with stakeholders, setting and tracking success metrics, and tracking change management details
* Experienced in operating and leading in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment, leading the team through issue resolution during the entire development lifecycle
* Familiarity with user experience and interactive design best practices
* Excellent facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions all the way up to executives
* Ability to impartially evaluate conflicting priorities to recommend the best path forward
* Experienced in operating across global timezones and geographies to drive collaborative international product adoption/expansion
* Ability to travel internationally

Apply strong business analytics skills to synthesize business goals, industry trends, user feedback, and Apple technology into an effective, long-term product roadmap for P&A Partner with business analysts and project managers to run ideation sessions and define clear product requirements Leverage system knowledge, user interface expertise, and business process knowledge to collaborate with business process reengineering (BPR) and design teams to develop scalable new technology solutions that enable business goals Incorporate user research, analytics, and market research to analyze and prioritize the problems and define innovative and simple solutions that meet the strategic goals Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to identify the best possible outcome for the customer Define success metrics and KPIs of the product Define and prioritize the business capabilities that are required in the system roadmap to meet our overall strategic goals Direct the efforts of business subject matter experts to define the high level business requirements required to enable the prioritized business capabilities Partner with BPR, engineering and user interface design teams to build new software that meets the business requirements Act as business sponsor during all project phases to ensure funding, release schedules, status updates, issue resolution, resource alignment and quality standards are met Work with business stakeholders to develop launch plans and collaborate with the operations team to execute business readiness activities
