ITQA Regression Sr. Manager will be responsible for Release Regression activities supporting all major releases and team engagement for PBM applications. This role will contribute to overall Regression strategy ensuring comprehensive coverage and high level of efficiency through automation. Will have to work on multiple release schedules at a time and manage expectations and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
This role will be responsible for partnering with IT teams and Business to improve overall quality of the end deliverable. Researches and implements new or improved testing methods and processes. Develops and coordinates appropriate test procedures. Directs personnel activities of staff (i.e. hires, trains, appraisals, rewards, motivates, disciplines).

Required Qualifications
8+ Years of QA experience
3+ Years of experience as Manager
3+ Years Functional Automation tool experience
5+ Years relevant QA tools, processes and technology
5+ Years of experience in any Test Management tool

Preferred Qualifications
PBM experience
Test Automation experience with open source tools such as Selenium
Establishing and driving Automation Capabilities
Strong knowledge of CI/CD or DevSecOps
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies
Strong SDLC/QALC and other lifecycle methodologies including Agile, Scrum and XP
Critical Problem Solving Skills
Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills

Education
A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or closely related technical field.

Will accept a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in lieu of a Master's degree and 5 years of experience.
