The individual will be a member of the Global Markets Campus Recruiting Team and will manage the campus recruiting process for the Analyst and Associate programs within Global Markets.
Work in conjunction with Staffing Manager, HR Managers and Business leaders to develop line of business campus recruiting strategy for both Full-Time and Summer Intern programs
Consult and coordinate with line of business throughout the recruiting season to plan a successful recruiting strategy across Global Markets
Establish centralized recruiting resources that can be supplemented with group-specific materials for Global Markets recruiting efforts
Streamline Global Markets recruiting efforts to support each sub line of business
Ensure appropriate line of business participation at all campus and in-house events
Ensure diversity is a top priority, and work with several diversity organizations, both internal and external, to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates. Partner with Diversity Team on key diversity initiatives and events
Liaise with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process for both Full-Time and Summer Intern programs
Manage the entire Full-Time and Summer Intern interview process. This includes securing interviewers, coordinating all Super Day logistics, and facilitating debrief meetings to determine offers
Determine and implement sell strategies for candidates with offers
Facilitate the on boarding processes in conjunction with Program Managers, Business Support Managers, and Recruiting Coordinators
Plan and execute Summer Intern Program
Work with broader campus team and business leaders to develop all aspects of the Summer Intern program.
Plan and attend intern program training, events and activities where appropriate
Identify mentors and oversee mentor program throughout the summer program
Manage the summer intern performance review process and end-of-summer offer process

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
2+ years of experience in program or project management; managing end to end processes in a complex organization.
Must have client management experience, with the ability to influence internal clients & stakeholders and provide consultative services
Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner
Must have strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to explain results of complex analysis at a level that resonates across many different audiences
Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations, assimilating complex data into a results-based story and effectively presenting the results. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
