Job Description

The Statistical and Quantitative Science Data Sciences (SQS) Institute of Takeda is looking for PhD graduate students interested in an internship during summer 2021.

Interns will work closely with experienced industry statisticians on topics related to big data, artificial intelligence, survival analysis, Bayesian methods, innovative design and analysis of clinical trials, and/or pre-clinical research.

The primary responsibilities of this intern position include:

•               Design innovative clinical trial

•               Write computer programs or applications

•               Conduct simulations to evaluate optimal design

•               Perform statistical analysis

•               Edit and finalize research databases for statistical analysis

•               Prepare oral presentations and written reports
