Job Description

DISH is transforming the future of connectivity. We’re building America’s first virtualized, standalone 5G broadband network from scratch — with the power to foster some of the fastest, most agile technologies ever conceived.

Our teams operate at the intersection of invention and purpose. They’re uniquely positioned to effect change across industries spanning autonomous vehicles, smart communities, health care and agriculture well into the future.

DISH Wireless is seeking an extraordinary team member who exemplifies the adventurous spirit and is ready to support the leadership team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines, have a high level of integrity, exercise discretion in handling confidential information, and feature a good sense of humor. As the team grows to support future expansion, this individual will need to react with appropriate urgency and take effective action with limited data and precedent. DISH Wireless fosters an environment where curiosity is rewarded and employees are able to take pride in their accomplishments. Your winning attitude will go a long way here as your opportunity is only bounded by your need to achieve. Exposure to top executives is a top learning opportunity and enables the assistant to learn about the business from a different perspective. This role is designed to be an entry point into the business with long-term growth and promotion opportunities to support the business in a new role.

In addition to the above, some key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant include:

Proactively and independently schedule appointments and meetings of varying complexity.
Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Compose and prepare correspondence, reports and other complex documents.
Anticipate needs of executives and act upon them accordingly.
Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond or route as appropriate.
Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores, and promotions.
Network with other Executive Assistants, Executives, and other DISH teammates to form positive long-lasting relationships.
Must be willing to travel between multiple offices in Denver with some out of state travel as well.
Regular and predictable attendance, as well as the ability to work variable shifts including holidays and weekends.
Meet all of DISH Wireless’s performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all departmental metrics, productivity standards, and goals.

A successful Executive Assistant I will have:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training.
Proficiency with Google Suite and/or MS Suite to include Power Point and Outlook Calendaring.
