Our Software Engineering Group has an opportunity for a Senior Java Developer; and we look, first and foremost, for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. This Lead role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, CS or SW Engineering preferred
* Deep knowledge of the Java ecosystemincluding Spring Foundation with hands-on micro-services development experience
* Extensive experience with Oracle and the Oracle ecosphere
* Development experience in messaging/streaming technologies like MQ or KAFKA
* Knowledge of Splunk or Dynatrace is a plus
* Experience with GIT, Maven and Jenkins CI/CD is a plus
* Proficiency in the AGILE SDLCwe find this the most effective paradigm in our fast-paced, large/collaborative goal oriented team environment
* Strong mentoring and stakeholder management skills
* Keen understanding of financial controls and budget management and current insight of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
* Big plusesMasters degree, knowledge of UI frameworks (esp. ReactJS) Front-end engineers and public cloud (we are agnostic at this time)
