WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Digital Health Knowledge Analyst (KA) within BCGs Technology Advantage practice you will work with a fast growing and entrepreneurial global team, providing expertise and insight for the Digital & Technology in Healthcare topic including digital and technology opportunity areas and solutions across the entirety of the healthcare value chain (health systems, payer systems, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals). You will work in partnership with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets, insights and expert advisory direct to our clients. You will serve as a connector within the BCG network identifying the proper experts and capabilities relevant for client conversations.

In addition, you will support with guidance from senior colleagues, your digital & technology in healthcare topic in developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and managing content on internal BCG websites, ensuring availability of latest, high-quality content. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the digital & technology in healthcare topic, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts. Technology advantage (TA) practice is one of BCGs longstanding functional practice areas. Technologys role in society continues to expand exponentially. Big data, digitization, sensors, and other disruptive technologies are beginning to reshape the how industries operate at a pace that taxes the imagination. YOU'RE GOOD AT

* Displaying your knowledge, familiarity and passion to learn more on broader digital and technology in healthcare opportunities and applications across all sectors in healthcare health systems, payer systems, medical devices and pharmaceuticals
* Working collaboratively and effectively in a very dynamic often virtual environment with a global, cross-functional team across the knowledge organization our broader practice areas
* Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
* Seeking out the source of a client or case team challenge and addressing it fully, using a combination of BCG thought leadership along with your own expertise and judgement
* Strong analytical capabilities extracting, organizing and performing analysis of data providing insights in concise format
* Framing, structuring and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
* Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
* Flexibility and bring a curious, entrepreneurial and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovate ideas that help our clients
* Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* 1-2 years relevant work experience
* Bachelors degree required; advance degree preferred
* 1 + years prior experience in management consulting and/or the health care industry, including but not limited to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, payers, health systems preferably linked to digital and technology experience
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
* Strong analytical capabilities, e.g. versatile with tableau and alteryx with proven ability to build user-friendly dashboards, a plus
* Knowledge and familiarity with broader digital & technology in healthcare domain
* Fluent in English
