WHAT YOU'LL DO
BCG is undertaking a transformation to reinvent the way we recruit as a firm across our core consulting business, digital businesses, other adjacencies, and BST roles. Our objective is to ensure we remain competitive and are able to continue to attract and hire diverse top talent, given our ambitious growth targets over the next 5 years. For this, our recruiting model needs to be diversified, de-risked, future-proofed, and scalable.
As part of this transformation, we are building a small team focusing on Learning and Development for our recruiting organization. This role will be executional, involving organizing, planning and tracking trainings. You will also be working with our Global Recruiting Learner Portfolio Manager to deliver and embed innovative and relevant learning solutions that help create a high-performing and market-leading Global Talent Acquisition organization.
For example, we have recently partnered with Social Talent a training platform for our recruiting team. You would be working with them and our internal organization to reflect all our business requirements in the platform to ensure our teams rseceive the best training opportunities and quality.
You will be part of the Global Business Services HR team with your L&D counterparts but work day-to-day with the Global Recruiting organization and the Global Recruiting Operations team. As part of this role you will:
* Support the development of the Learning & Development strategy for the Global Talent Acquisition function and the setup of role-specific training development plans
* Convert the Learning & Development strategy into content modules on Social Talent, or other learning platforms of choice
* Design learning paths within Social Talent, LAB (BCG platform), or other learning platforms of choice, for all required profiles and levels of expertise
* Continuously enhance and improve BCG Recruiting training portfolio & learning paths in collaboration with training participants, managers and the vendor to satisfy identified training needs and close training gaps
* Closely collaborate with any external vendors and partners to deliver tailored training programs and courses; manage relation & conduct negotiations
* Near-term, integrate Social Talent content (or other) into BCG LAB platform
* Manage and monitor the annual Recruiting Learning & Development budget
YOU'RE GOOD AT
* Excel, PowerPoint, Digital Collaboration tools (e.g. Trello, Slack, Egnyte); Alteryx and Tableau skills preferred
* Compelling, cogent, creative communication, in writing and in live and virtual settings, across different cultures
* Working with disparate and unstructured data to analyze and present learning trends and impact in an insightful way
* Organizing and prioritizing work, with high attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines and maintain focus, even in unique or ambiguous situations
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
* A passion for supporting learners and learning colleagues by creating high-impact learning interventions
* An undergraduate degree or focused study in Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or Learning
* A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work-experience, preferably in human resources, learning and development, or event management; experience in professional services is a plus
* Ability to work with both co-located and remote colleagues
* Awareness of cultural differences and willingness to adapt work style to a multi-cultural environment; ideally experience working or learning internationally
