WHAT YOU'LL DO

To further support the growth and development of BCGs business-marketing capabilities, we are looking for a Global Practices (PAs) Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this new role, you will team across the PA marketing organization to help execute priority projects within BCGs marketing agenda such as content, social media, events, communications, and performance measurement / analytics.

We are looking for a strong candidate with a unique mix of marketing expertise, project management, communication, and organization skills, who can thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment with the greater Global, Regional, and Local Marketing community ("ONE Marketing").

YOU'RE GOOD AT

There are a handful of attributes that are required to be successful in this new role. We expect that you will have an expanded knowledge of all things marketing, yet also potentially have a specialized skillset in specific marketing activities (e.g., content management, events, social media, etc.). Further, youll need to team and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, so an ability to build relationships and be a committed agent of change is mission critical. Finally, an enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to test, learn, and adapt in unlocking potential in projects and programs will be useful on a daily basis.

More specifically, you will deploy your expertise in driving end-to-end execution of external and internal activities and channels including (but not limited to):

* Executing marketing & content programs that support development of narrative, key themes, and topics to demonstrate BCGs expertise and capabilities
* Developing social media campaigns and assets to amplify BCGs thought leadership
* Creating and preparing high quality internal and external communications using SalesForce, Outlook, and other potential collaboration tools
* Providing varying levels of strategic, operational, and logistics support for priority external engagement programs including global flagship conferences, focused events, and virtual networks
* Supporting the development of a marketing analytics program and metrics that highlights the Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) across our PA Marketing function.
* Showing up each day with a can-do sensibility to thoughtfully executive day-to-day cross-PA operations and special projects.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience in a professional services environment
* Experience at BCG or similar management consulting environment a plus
* Bachelor's degree with demonstrated academic achievement
* Knowledge of marketing systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
* Experience working with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Elevate preferred
* Must have excellent written and oral English skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage all levels of seniority
* Self-starter and good at prioritizing
* Demonstrated organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks
* Commitment to execution and attention to detail

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with the Global Practices Marketing Team, Global Practices & DigitalBCG Marketing Senior Partner, and throughout the PA Marketing cohort. Well also expect your regular engagement with the ONE Marketing team and other Global, Regional & Local Marketers as BCG continues to enhance and expand its marketing operating model and programming.
