WHAT YOU'LL DO

BCG is undertaking a transformation to reinvent the way we recruit as a firm across our core consulting business, digital businesses, other adjacencies, and Business Services Team (BST) roles. Our objective is to ensure we remain competitive and are able to continue to attract and hire diverse top talent, given our ambitious growth targets over the next 5 years. For this, our recruiting model needs to be diversified, de-risked, future-proofed, and scalable.

As part of this transformation, we are building a small team focusing on Learning and Development (L&D) for our recruiting organization. As Global Recruiting Learner Portfolio Manager, youll be delivering and embedding innovative and relevant learning solutions that help create a high-performing and market-leading Global Talent Acquisition organization. You will be part of the Global Business Services HR team with your L&D counterparts but work day-to-day with the Global Recruiting organization and the Global Recruiting Operations team. As part of this role you will:

* Develop the Learning & Development Strategy for the Global Talent Acquisition function and set up role-specific training development plans
* Identify training needs and training gaps in close cooperation with the organization
* Optimize the training portfolio with targeted offers towards specific groups of employees
* Prepare training manuals and training offers
* Plan training courses and sessions
* Manage and monitor the assigned L&D budget
* Cooperate with the external training vendors and deliver tailored training programs and courses
* Manage the portfolio of contracts with external vendors
* Oversee the quality of delivered training sessions by external vendors
* Build the internal network of internal trainers and organize regular Train-the-Trainer sessions
* Monitor best practices in the L&D area and introduce them to BCG
* Evaluate the quality of training courses and implement improvements

YOU'RE GOOD AT

* Partnering with key stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are relevant, prioritized, aligned to talent needs, built quickly, and delivered to land impact
* Supporting change through proven change management skills and strong interpersonal, analytical and influence skills
* Working through ambiguity; Translating business strategy to people and learning strategies
* Working effectively and collaboratively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels and across locations enabled by strong executive presence, business acumen, and communication skills

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* Minimum 5-7 years of applicable work experience in a global, matrix organization
* Academic degree, with a concentration in learning and development, talent management/leadership development or organizational development background preferred
* experience developing, designing and managing the roll-out of learning programs across multiple locations, with a track record of program management
* coaching and facilitation skills

YOU'LL WORK WITH

The offices and global functions to identify needs and create a plan that integrates with the overall business and people agenda. You will work closely with BCGs L&D learning teams where there are shared priorities to create and deliver the programs in support of BCGs overall learning agenda.
