Northrop GrummanSpace Systems is looking for a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to joinour team of talented individuals in Colorado Springs, CO.

TheIndustrial Security Analyst provides day-to-day support of all security aspectsfor a facility. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain and administerpolicies and procedures in compliance with Intelligence Community
Directive (ICDs) and NISPOM and will regularly interface with companyleadership and customer security organizations. The successful candidate
will study and implement federal security regulations that apply to companyoperation; obtain rulings, interpretations and acceptable deviations forcompliance with regulations from government agencies; prepare manuals outliningregulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keepingrecords, and for granting personnel and visitors access
to restricted records and materials. The successful candidate must collaboratewith the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and others to ensure thesecurity program is executed comprehensively, properly and efficiently. Theideal candidate will have experience with developing and coordinating programdocumentation to include Fixed Facility Checklists, Standard OperatingProcedures, TEMPEST addendums, and co-use/co-utilization agreements. Theselected candidate must have the ability to support multiple securityenvironments with diverse security requirements. This position requiresexperience with personnel security, COMSEC, security education, conducting
security incident investigations, accreditation of secure areas at differentlevels, and performing access control and physical security responsibilities.The successful candidate must have excellent written and oralcommunication skills. Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensuratewith performance or due to business needs.

Salary Minimum: $76,000
Salary Maximum: $114,000

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

- 6 years of security experience with a Bachelor's degree (additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree), or 4 years of experience with a Master's
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance.

- Comprehensive knowledge of NISPOM requirements for protecting classified information; the ability to develop compliant procedures for program execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree
- Current SCI clearance

- Completion of CDSE coursework including the FSO curriculum.

- NSA COMSEC certification.

- Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification
